I recently shopped at the Harmon stores and overall, I had an average experience. The website, designsforhope.org, was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I needed without any trouble. However, I found that the selection of products was quite limited compared to other stores in the same category.

The checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived within the promised timeframe. The customer service was satisfactory, but there was nothing outstanding about it. The representatives were helpful and polite, but they didn't go above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable.
