I recently rented a vehicle from Pacific Overlander and overall, it was an okay experience. The staff was friendly and the booking process was easy. However, I found the vehicle to be a bit worn out and not as clean as I expected. It did the job for our trip, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
