I have been a customer of Denali Industrial Supply, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver the products on time, their customer support is not up to the mark. There have been instances where I had difficulties in getting in touch with their team. Additionally, the product quality is just satisfactory, nothing exceptional. I hope they improve their customer service and product quality in the future.
