I have been a customer of Huntington National Bank for over 5 years now and I must say that their services are average. Although they have a user-friendly website, I find their customer service to be lacking. The staff is not very knowledgeable and it can be quite frustrating when you have a problem and they can't provide a solution. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
