As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a branding company for my business and decided to give Pinnacle Branding a try. I must say, my experience with them was average overall. While their website is sleek and professional, I found their services to be just satisfactory. The team was responsive and delivered their work on time, but I felt that the creativity and innovation were lacking. The branding concepts they presented seemed to be on par with what I could find elsewhere. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other companies offering similar services. On the positive side, the communication was good, and they did make an effort to understand my business needs. However, I was hoping for something more unique and impactful from a company that claims to be at the pinnacle of branding.
