I recently attended a retreat at Nosara and it exceeded my expectations. The classes were excellent, challenging but accessible for all levels. The instructors were knowledgeable and created a supportive atmosphere. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and close to the beach. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back!
