The motorbike I purchased from Voxan motors is good, but not exceptional. It has decent performance and the build quality is satisfactory. However, I expected a bit more in terms of reliability. There were a couple of minor issues that needed fixing soon after I got the bike. The customer service was responsive and helped resolve the problems, but I was hoping for a smoother experience overall.
