As a customer of Nippon Signal Co. Ltd., I have found their services to be consistently average. While they do meet the basic expectations, there is little to write home about. The website design is outdated, and the user experience leaves much to be desired. However, their customer support team is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, it's an average experience.
