I had an overall average experience with Gatostudio. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I felt like my concerns were not addressed adequately. Additionally, the prices for their services were a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. However, I must admit that the end result was satisfactory, so I would rate them as average.
