I recently purchased a wireless charging product from this company and found the design and functionality to be above average. 🌐 However, their customer service was fairly slow to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the innovative aspect of their products, but felt that the overall experience could have been smoother. The product did work as described and provided convenience, but I hope to see improvements in their responsiveness to customer inquiries in the future. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for growth in their customer support.
