I recently purchased a new laptop from a well-known electronics company. The performance of the laptop is excellent and it meets all my requirements. However, I faced some issues with the customer service and the website. The website is not user-friendly and it was difficult for me to find the necessary information. Overall, I am satisfied with the laptop but not with the company's customer service and website. I would recommend them to improve these areas.
