I had a mixed experience with Licom outsourcing. The services they provided were average but not outstanding. There were some areas where they excelled, but overall, I felt that there was room for improvement. The communication with their team was good, and they were prompt in addressing my queries and concerns. However, the quality of their work was inconsistent, and there were instances where we had to go through multiple revisions. It would have been better if they could maintain a higher level of quality throughout the project. It is an okay company to work with, but I have had better experiences with other outsourcing firms.
