As a customer, I found the services to be quite average. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information. However, when it came to actually using the services, I found the communication to be lacking. There were some issues with the scheduling and the overall customer service experience left something to be desired. The actual moving and storage services were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. In the future, I hope the company can improve their communication and customer service to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
