I recently had the opportunity to use the services of an online fence construction company. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The variety of fence options offered was impressive, with detailed descriptions and images provided for each type. However, I must say that the overall experience was average. The customer service was polite, but somewhat lacking in responsiveness. It took longer than expected to get a quote and the installation schedule was delayed. The quality of the fence was acceptable, but not outstanding. The installation crew did a decent job, but there were a few small issues that needed to be addressed afterward. In conclusion, while this company provided an average service, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and attention to detail.
