I joined the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA a few months ago and it has been a great experience so far. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been attending various classes and they have all been fantastic. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide a good workout. I highly recommend this YMCA to anyone looking for a great place to stay fit and active.
