As a customer, I recently utilized the services of RLH Fire Protection for my office building. Their website was easy to navigate and provided comprehensive information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. While the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, the communication from the office staff could use improvement. Additionally, the final cost ended up being slightly higher than the initial estimate, which was a disappointment. Despite these issues, the work was completed satisfactorily and the fire protection system is functioning well. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There is certainly room for improvement, but the quality of the work was acceptable. 🔥
