I had an overall positive experience with Yamaha Music Russia. Their website, asia-latinamerica-mea.yamaha.com, was easy to navigate and had a wide range of musical instruments to choose from. I recently purchased a drum set and it exceeded my expectations. The build quality and sound are exceptional. The customer service was also satisfactory, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter some delays in shipping which caused a small inconvenience. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Yamaha Music Russia to others.
