I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from an online store. The quality of the sunglasses was good and they looked stylish. However, I was not happy with the customer service I received. When I had a question about the product, it took a long time to get a response and the response I received was not helpful. I expected better service from Vishal Optical Works.
