I had a mixed experience with Mtbi. The company website, mtbi.ca, is user-friendly and provides detailed information about their products. However, their customer support was disappointing. It took them a long time to respond to my queries, and I didn't feel that they genuinely cared about resolving my issues. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
