I recently used the online tutoring services of this company and I found them to be average overall. The tutors were knowledgeable in their respective subjects and provided clear explanations. However, I did encounter some difficulty in scheduling sessions as the availability seemed limited. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I would have liked to see more resources and study materials available. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that the value for money could have been better. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had queries or concerns. In terms of effectiveness, the tutoring sessions did help me improve my understanding of the topics, but I didn't experience any extraordinary progress. Overall, I would say it was an average experience with room for improvement.
