As a customer, I found the classes at this centre to be quite beneficial for improving my posture and movement. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each participant. However, the facilities are quite basic, and I feel that there could be more effort put into creating a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere for the classes. The location is convenient, but I wish there were more flexibility in the class schedule to accommodate different work hours. Overall, it's an average experience, with room for improvement in terms of ambiance and scheduling options. 🏫🤔
