As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurses Association (SIVNA) is an average company. The service they provide is decent but nothing extraordinary. The nurses are courteous and professional, but there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
