I recently used the services of this academy trust and found it to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the various schools within the trust. However, I noticed that the communication and response time from the customer service team could be improved. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of the level of engagement and support provided to parents and students. I hope to see more efforts in enhancing the interaction and responsiveness in the future.
