As a customer, I recently had a project completed by this construction company and overall, I would rate their service as average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and gather information about their services. However, the communication with their team could have been better. They responded to my inquiries promptly, but there were instances where I felt that they were not fully listening to my concerns. The construction work itself was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. I appreciated their willingness to fix those problems, but it did cause some inconvenience for me. The pricing was competitive, and they delivered the project within the estimated timeline, which was a plus. Overall, while the company provided satisfactory service, there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
