I recently signed up for the fiber internet service from this company and I must say it has been quite a mixed experience. The installation process was a breeze, and the customer service team was helpful in addressing my initial inquiries. Additionally, there have been a few instances of service outages that were more bothersome than expected. While the pricing is competitive, I would appreciate more consistency in the service quality.
