I had an average experience with Motor plan s.a. The customer service was satisfactory, and the staff was helpful. However, the rental process was a bit slow and the vehicle I rented was not as clean as expected. The nationalcar.com.do website was easy to navigate and provided accurate information. I would consider renting from Motor plan s.a. again in the future.
