I have been a customer of Policy Planner Insurance web aggregator for several years now and I must say, their service has always been average. While they have a decent range of insurance products, the overall experience could be improved. The website is not very user-friendly and it takes a while to find the right information. The rates are competitive, but there have been instances when the claims process took longer than expected. Overall, they offer a satisfactory service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
