I recently went on a group trip organized by a travel agency, and I have to say it was a disappointment. The accommodations were subpar, with uncomfortable beds and outdated facilities. The transportation arrangements were poorly executed, with delays and confusion. The itinerary was poorly planned, with rushed visits to attractions and little free time. The tour guides were uninspiring and seemed uninterested in their job. Overall, I would not recommend this travel agency for a satisfying group travel experience.
