I have been a customer of Harpha sea, d.o.o. koper for several years now and I must say that their services are of average quality. While they are not outstanding, they do deliver what they promise. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service can be quite slow at times and the prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
