The D.c. Court of Appeals is an average company. Their services are adequate, but there is definitely room for improvement. I found their website to be a bit outdated and not user-friendly. The information I needed was buried deep within the site, making it difficult to find. The rate at which they handle cases is also average - not very efficient or quick.
