My experience with Motor plan s.a. was not up to par. The customer service was lackluster and the rental process was slow and inefficient. The nationalcar.com.do website did not provide accurate information about available vehicles. I was disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend Motor plan s.a. for car rentals.
