I recently used a rental service from this company and found the equipment selection to be fairly comprehensive. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the equipment I rented. It seemed a bit worn out and in need of better maintenance. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the process of getting the rental set up was a bit slow. The website was easy to navigate and had good information, but the rental agreement and payment process could have been smoother. Overall, my experience was average, and I would consider using the service again if the equipment's condition and the rental process were improved.
