I had an average experience with Big Game Parks, Swaziland. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall service was just average. The game drives were enjoyable, but not extraordinary. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The highlight of my visit was seeing the elephants up close. However, the park was overcrowded, which took away from the experience. In summary, it was an average day at the park.
