I recently came across a company that deals with pallets, and I have mixed feelings about my experience with them. The company's website is easy to navigate and provides information on their products and services. However, I found their customer service to be average at best. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses weren't always helpful or detailed. The pricing of their pallets was reasonable, but I felt that there could have been more variety in terms of sizes and designs. The quality of the pallets I received was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, my experience with this company was average. While they offer decent products at reasonable prices, their customer service and product variety could use some improvement.
