I recently went on a trip with a tour company and it was an average experience overall. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, but there were a few issues with the itinerary and accommodations. The website promised a luxurious stay, but the hotel rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. Additionally, some of the attractions listed on the itinerary were closed for maintenance, so we missed out on those. It was frustrating to spend money on a trip that didn't meet our expectations. However, the customer service was responsive and tried to help resolve our concerns. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
