I've been attending classes at Excel Pilates Annapolis for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with the studio. The instructors are friendly and experienced, and they create a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I can already feel myself getting stronger. I would definitely recommend Excel Pilates Annapolis!
