The mussels I received from nattybohgear.com were not as fresh as I expected. Some of them had a strange odor and the taste was a bit off. I contacted customer support and they were quick to resolve the issue. They sent me a replacement batch of mussels which were much better. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with the company.
