My experience with the investment bank was disappointing. While their rates were competitive, the customer service was below average. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making it difficult to address my concerns. The online banking platform was also subpar, with frequent technical issues. Overall, I was not satisfied with the level of service provided and would not recommend this bank to others.
