I recently booked my vacation through this travel company and used their American Express services. 👍 The website was easy to navigate, and I found a good deal on my flight and hotel package. The booking process was smooth, and I received my confirmation email promptly. However, 🤔 I did encounter a small issue with my booking that required contacting customer service. While they were friendly and helpful in resolving the problem, the wait time on the phone was a bit longer than expected. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They provided a decent selection of options and fair prices, but the customer service could have been more efficient. 😊 I would consider using them again, but I hope they work on improving their response time.
