I recently had the opportunity to try out a home health resource group's services, which I found quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, but it lacked a personal touch. I was hoping for a more engaging experience. The customer service was satisfactory, although at times it felt like I was just another number on their list. The services offered were decent, but nothing extraordinary. I would say they met the basic requirements, but didn't go above and beyond. While I appreciate their efficiency in handling my needs, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creating a more personalized and attentive atmosphere. Overall, an average experience.
