I had a mixed experience with Lucky Records. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a big plus. The selection of music they offer is also quite impressive. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, it's an average company with room for improvement.
