Their towing service was pretty decent. I needed a tow truck to move my car after an unfortunate accident. Although the response time was a bit slow, the driver arrived and towed my car safely to the desired location. The only downside was that the driver didn't seem very familiar with the area, which caused a minor delay. Nonetheless, my overall experience with Specialized Towing was satisfactory.
