I had an average experience with Flow Studios Inc....

I had an average experience with Flow Studios Inc. and Pacific Heights Health Club. The facilities were decent and the instructors were knowledgeable. However, I felt that the classes were overcrowded and lacked personal attention. Overall, it was an okay experience.
