I had a mixed experience with Essel International Co.,Ltd. The website thailandbizlist.com was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was slightly disappointed with the customer service. The response time was a bit slow and they didn't provide detailed answers to my questions. The product itself was of good quality though.
