My experience with the investment bank was not what I had hoped for. While their rates were competitive, the overall service fell short. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my questions. Moreover, their online platform was unreliable and often experienced technical glitches. I believe the bank needs to invest more in customer support and improve their technological infrastructure to meet the expectations of their clients.
