I had an average experience with Natus Hearing & Balance France. The staff was helpful, but there were some issues with the process. The initial fitting took longer than expected, and I had to return multiple times for adjustments. However, the final result is satisfactory, and the hearing aids are working well. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency.
