I had a less than satisfactory experience with Petotum.com. While the website was easy to navigate, the prices were exorbitant compared to other pet hotels. The facilities were subpar and in need of maintenance. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge about pet care. I would not recommend Petotum.com to others.
