I had a mixed experience with Bania Insurance Agency. Some aspects were great while others were not up to par. The customer service was excellent and the agents were helpful and knowledgeable. However, I had some issues with the claims process. It was quite slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get my claim settled. Overall, I would say my experience was average, but there is room for improvement.
