I had a mixed experience with Cahokia nursing & rehab center. While the staff was generally friendly and attentive, there were some issues with communication and responsiveness. The facility itself was clean, but there were areas that could use improvement. Overall, I would say the care provided was average. I would recommend Cahokia nursing & rehab center with some reservations.
