The Academia feminina Espaço Emmel is hands down the best women's gym I have ever been to. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this gym to any women looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being.
